1) Our fares are based on a direct trip with passengers being ready to travel at the time and place specified. (Exclude Airport Pickups)
Luton Limoservice and their chauffeurs have the right to refuse any passenger who has excess luggage which would result in the car being unsafe (Please make sure you book the appropriate type of vehicle if you have more luggage. ( for example the mini bus /van)
2) Our Prices for Airport transfer includes Meet & Greet service and 60 minutes waiting time & car parking fee however gratuity is not included. extra waiting after the first hour waiting will be charged every 15 minutes
3) if we are picking you up from any local address in the UK and you keep our chauffeur waiting a charge for the waiting time could be added. Our fare will change if you request the chauffeur to do extra pickup on the way or otherwise. Please ask our office or the chauffeur for the extra charge you might have to pay beforehand.
Prices will change only if the passenger request the chauffeur to wait or do an extra pickups or set downs, diversions.
Passengers requesting the chauffeur to use the (M25 Motorway) or an alternative route may be subject to an increase in fares if the journey results in extra mileage. If it is the chauffeur's own choice to use the M25 Motorway or change the route there is no extra charge
ADDITIONAL CHARGES : Tolls,extra waiting after the first hour waiting at the airport and extra parking fee after the first hour parking fee, phone usage and other surcharges that cannot be known or calculated prior to service are not included in the estimate or initial charge and will be added on top of any agreed cost.
Cancellation must be made with the office only please note no extra booking or cancellation should be made with your driver please contact our office for any amendment to your booking/s
You can cancel your reservation at anytime Please put your name and the reservation (Ref Number) you are given in the subject line or you can call our office on 02071019224 if you are in the UK Or 011442071019224 if you are in North America and 00442071019224 if you are in continental Europe.
If you have booked an airport transfer or a pick up outside London we Must have 24 hours notice less than 24 hours notice incur a 100% cancellation fee.
From and to central London booking 6 hours notice is required, failure to give the stated times for cancellations will result in full payment.
1) A full charge will also be made if the 24 hours Notice is not met , even if when you miss your flight or if your airline decide to cancel the flight due to bad weather or if your flight is directed to another airport on arrival, or for any other reason.
Please note: if after 2 HOURS waiting at the Airport you don't show up or you don't CALL us to ask us to keep waiting we will leave the airport and you will be charged the full agreed amount PLUS the extra hour waiting and the extra car parking fee (Full charge will be made for no show up)
Bookings made four days in advance require one days notice otherwise the full amount will be charged! Please give us enough time so we can accept other reservations and allocate them to our chauffeurs.
We now request Credit Card payment for Booking made from outside the UK and outside Central London ,your card will be charged the night before the journey.
Where is Central Central London:
To central London is defined as a generous 22 Miles from Heathrow Airport and 32 Miles from Gatwick Airport toward Central London , over this Mileage a charge of 2 Pounds for each extra Mile will be added to the original agreed fare.
(Please Note, after any Government Tax increase or Fuel price increase Our prices and offers might change without Prior notice)
However if you have Reserved your car prior to the increase the price given or confirmed will remain Binding
Account Holders will be notified in writing 14 days in advance of any price increase.
